After your exam attempt, email contact@certclimb.com with your official score report (PDF or photo) showing the fail result. We verify the 85% threshold on our end and extend your membership.
No — they’re mutually exclusive. The 7-day refund ends your membership immediately; the Pass Guarantee requires an active membership and a real exam attempt. Pick the one that fits.
You don’t need to prove it — we track it automatically. Every question you open in any study mode (Quick 10, Topic Drill, Timed Quiz, Build Your Own, etc.) counts toward the threshold. We verify against your account when you submit a claim.
Attempted means you answered the question (correctly or not). Just scrolling past it doesn’t count. This is intentionally generous — we’re rewarding effort, not test perfection.
Your free extension covers the entire path to passing, up to 12 months from your first claim date. Sit the exam as many times as you need within that window.
Yes — every paid exam in the catalog is covered. The 85% threshold is calculated against whichever exam bank you sat the real exam for.
If the official exam version is retired during your claim window, your free extension transfers to the successor exam at no extra cost.
