Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cert Climb (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing access to an exam, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cert Climb. By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Purchases and access

When you purchase access to an exam, you receive a non-transferable license to use the corresponding study materials, practice questions, and tools for the duration of the plan you selected (e.g. 1, 3, or 12 months). Access is tied to a single user account and may not be shared.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed at checkout in the currency shown. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed.

Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the transaction and we will review your request in good faith.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our exam content or practice questions.
• Share your account or your purchased access with anyone else.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or download the Service.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls, or other security measures.
• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe anyone's rights.

Content ownership

All study materials, practice questions, explanations, and other content provided through Cert Climb are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own exam preparation only.

No exam guarantee

Cert Climb is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the certification vendors whose exams we help you prepare for. We do not guarantee that you will pass any particular certification exam.

Service availability

We aim to keep Cert Climb available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, and we may release updates that change features.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe you are misusing the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cert Climb will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
