How does the free trial work?
Every exam in our catalog includes a 30-question free trial — no credit card, no email-trap. You can answer up to 30 questions across questions and flashcards combined for any exam you select. Once you've used them, upgrade to unlock the full bank.
What does premium include?
Premium gives you the full question bank for your category, all flashcards, every quiz mode (timed simulation, missed-only review, topic drills), and detailed explanations on every question — wrong answers included. Pricing is per-category and unlocks every related exam in that category at once.
How is pricing structured?
Plans are 1-month ($9.99), 3-months ($20.99 — saves 30%), or 12-months ($49.99 — saves 58%). You buy access to a category, and that unlocks every exam in that category for the duration of your plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click from your profile page. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not auto-renew without your explicit choice.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a full 7-day, no-questions-asked refund window from your first paid charge. Email contact@certclimb.com with the subject "Refund request" and we send the money back through Stripe (5–10 business days to your card). See the full terms on the Guarantee page.
Are the questions written by humans?
Yes. Every question in the bank is written and reviewed by people who've taken the exam. We don't scrape, we don't auto-generate fluff, and we don't pad the count with throwaway items.
How current is the content?
We track exam version updates (e.g., CompTIA SY0-701, NCLEX Next Generation format) and update banks within weeks of new objectives. The version a question targets is shown in the explanation when it matters.
Is there a Pass Guarantee?
Yes — if you fail your certification exam, your Cert Climb premium membership stays free until you pass (capped at 12 months from claim date). One condition: you must have attempted at least 85% of the practice questions in your exam bank before sitting the real exam. Email contact@certclimb.com with your official score report to claim. Full terms on the Guarantee page.
Can I use Cert Climb on mobile?
Yes. The site works on every modern phone in the browser. There's a tab bar, dark-mode-friendly cream theme, and offline-tolerant question delivery. No native app yet.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → scroll to "Danger zone" → confirm. Deleting your account immediately revokes premium access, cancels any active subscription, and erases all your data permanently. There is no recovery.
I have a feature request — where do I send it?
Email contact@certclimb.com with the subject line "Feature request". We read everything personally — usually reply within 24 hours.
My exam isn't in your catalog. Can you add it?
Probably yes, especially if it's a US-recognized professional certification. Email contact@certclimb.com with the exam name and the official issuer (e.g., "CompTIA Data+ from CompTIA"). High-demand requests get prioritized.
