Premium gives you the full question bank for your category, all flashcards, every quiz mode (timed simulation, missed-only review, topic drills), and detailed explanations on every question — wrong answers included. Pricing is per-category and unlocks every related exam in that category at once.

Plans are 1-month ($9.99), 3-months ($20.99 — saves 30%), or 12-months ($49.99 — saves 58%). You buy access to a category, and that unlocks every exam in that category for the duration of your plan.

Yes. Cancellation is one click from your profile page. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not auto-renew without your explicit choice.

If something is genuinely broken on our end (the question bank is misrepresented, content is unavailable, technical issue), email contact@certclimb.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you. We do not offer "didn't use it" refunds — the 30-question free trial exists exactly to prevent that.

Yes. Every question in the bank is written and reviewed by people who've taken the exam. We don't scrape, we don't auto-generate fluff, and we don't pad the count with throwaway items.

We track exam version updates (e.g., CompTIA SY0-701, NCLEX Next Generation format) and update banks within weeks of new objectives. The version a question targets is shown in the explanation when it matters.

Yes — if you fail your exam after subscribing for 3+ months, attempting all practice questions, and maintaining an 80%+ average, we extend your access for 3 months free. Email contact@certclimb.com with proof of attempt and we'll set it up.

Yes. The site works on every modern phone in the browser. There's a tab bar, dark-mode-friendly cream theme, and offline-tolerant question delivery. No native app yet.

Go to Profile → scroll to "Danger zone" → confirm. Deleting your account immediately revokes premium access, cancels any active subscription, and erases all your data permanently. There is no recovery.
