Copyright & DMCA Policy

GRP, LLC, which operates Cert Climb(the "Service"), respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe that content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the designated agent that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material and its location before removal; (3) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentations
Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your notice is accurate before you submit it.
