The career signal.
CC was launched in 2022 specifically to lower the barrier to entry for cybersecurity careers, and the ISC2 One Million Certified in Cybersecurity initiative offered free training and exams until its scheduled conclusion in May 2026. The cert is recognized by ISC2's full ecosystem (it counts toward CISSP/SSCP CPEs if you hold those later) and gives entry-level resumes the ISC2 brand that several large enterprises explicitly look for. It will not substitute for Security+ on DoD 8140 roles, but it is a low-risk first credential before committing to that path.

An attacker successfully exfiltrates encrypted files from a corporate server but is unable to read any of the data inside them. Which security property is LEAST likely to have been compromised by this event?
Why: Because the files were encrypted, the attacker cannot read the contents, so confidentiality of the data remains intact. Integrity could be questioned if the attacker attempted to modify the files. Availability might be affected if the breach disrupted access to the data. Non-repudiation could be challenged if evidence of participation is disputed after the incident.
