2. The questions test the best design, not a valid one. Multiple options will technically work. Your job is to read the constraint keywords — "lowest cost," "minimize administrative effort," "99.99% SLA" — and pick the design that satisfies that specific priority. Miss the keyword and you'll confidently choose a correct-but-wrong answer.
3. The case studies eat your time. This is the number-one failure point. A case study is a multi-page scenario followed by a cluster of linked questions. Reading is slow, the questions demand real thought, and — critically — some sections don't let you return once you move on. Candidates who pace themselves like it's a normal multiple-choice test hit the case studies with ten minutes left and unravel.

The AZ-104 prerequisite is not a formality
