The ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) is the senior clinical credential from the American College of Sports Medicine, designed for professionals delivering exercise testing and prescription to patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, oncologic, neuromuscular, and other chronic conditions. The exam contains 150 multiple-choice questions (120 scored) across six performance domains. It is the recognized cert for cardiac rehab, pulmonary rehab, and cancer rehab roles.
